How much will the cheapest 32'' TV set you back? About £300 if you want 1366 x 768 pixels, or £325 if you want 1920 x 1080 pixels and Full HD.
Our look at the potential of glasses-free 3D TVs yesterday made me take a look through the archives, and I discovered that in 2008, we suggested that ''Full HD 32'' LCD TVs will cost around £500 by 2010.''
Prices fell faster than we thought, though, with plenty of big manufacturers offering 32'' televisions from £300, and even a little bit less than that.
Do you really need full HD on such a small screen?
It all depends on what you want to do with it:

It all depends on what you want to do with it:
- if you want to watch normal TV and DVDs, then 768 lines will be fine for you
- if, though, you're going to connect a Blu-ray player, your PC or a HD console, then 1080 lines will be better
