We already know that the last quarter of 2010 is going to see a lot of competing tablets.  Alongside the announcements from Samsung and Toshiba at the IFA trade show in Berlin, both RIM and HTC could also have news for us in the coming days.

According to the growing rumours, the Canadian firm's tablet, which has been baptised BlackPad or SurfBook, will have a 7'' screen, like the Samsung Galaxy Tab, and include an ARM processor, two cameras and WiFi.
