Four Second Set-Up
Once you’ve peeled off all the stickers, checked that the keyboard is powered and inserted the dongle, a window will appear on the screen of your computer. All you have to do is press the ">" key so that the device can be detected. Confirm your region (Europe, USA, Asia) and that’s it. Yes, pure and simple plug-and-play!
The two keyboards are identical except for the Mac-specific key layout. The keys are overall supple and silent, except for the space bar, which is noisier than the other keys, as is often the case. The amount of noise it produces depends on how you type: if you're used to a laptop and type fairly lightly, you'll only hear a gentle spring, but if you're used to typing harder, the sound is closer to a loud mechanical click.
If you've always used the original desktop Mac keyboard with its bulky hard keys, you might find yourself typing a little more discreet, apart from the space bar. Your fingers will be grateful too …
-
Silent (except for the space bar)
-
Shortcut keys via Fn key
-
Fluid and comfortable typing experience
-
Elegant finish and sleek design
-
Battery-indicator light alerts you when your batteries are low
-
Can't adjust keyboard angle

This isn't a perfect keyboard, and we found several problems with it. These are outweighed by the benefits, though, and you're likely to forget them when you start using the keyboard. Typing is a pleasant, fluid, and, most of all, quiet, experience.
