Built-in trolley
The outside pocket hides a useful handle which allows you to transform this bag into a trolley. It's very solid and has a gentle curve. We gave it a good force without absolutely wrecking it and it did a good job of maintaining its shape:

Let's keep things simple: this is a black backpack full of handy compartments with a useful trolley handle stashed in the back.

It's full of good ideas on the inside two, the first of which is two handles on the pocket that holds your laptop, allowing you to slide it out easily.

Separate handles allow easy access to your laptop

It compares very favorably with Toshiba's Fashion bag when you turn it over to see the strongly reinforced base.

There's a pair of wheels as well as a handle to facilitate turning it over.

All told, there are fourteen separate compartments, and it's easy to access them all as the whole bag opens wide open.

A whole variety of different compartments are available which should give you enough room for all sorts of different accessories.

Small pockets at the front are complemented by larger mesh bags on the inside.

It's a very big bag, which means that you can use it easily for a weekend away, even if it does look bulky when you wear it as a backpack.

Underneath, the mechanism for the trolley is easily visible

Weighing in at 2.8 kilos (a shade over six pounds) without anything in it, it's a lot heavier than other bags we've criticized as being heavy for weighing just 1.3 kilos (three pounds).

Of course, much of the extra bulk comes from the trolley mechanism, which makes it a lot easier to carry than if it were a dedicated backpack, but it still makes for a substantial product.

The trolley mechanism also makes it rather uncomfortable to carry on your back--it feels like you've a plank of wood strapped to you, and the straps themselves aren't particularly soft either.

As for pockets, we can't say much more than that there are plenty of them! Converting it into a trolley is very useful, but makes it pretty uncomfortable to carry on your back.
