The MP260 is a model number that some Canon resellers use, but it's identical to the MP240 which we recently tested. If you're interested in this printer, you can read our review of the MP240.
This is a clone of the Pixma MP240 offered to certain resellers, but if it's cheaper with this model number, then go for it!
