Slashing Costs
Although AKG generally has headphones for every budget, they all come in the same classy black packaging sealed with a pair of magnets.
Apart from the K309s, that is. They come in a simple plastic box with a black cardboard insert.

Halloween Styling
Sound Quality just as Scary
With so many different options in one range, there was always going to be some junk, and, unforuntely, the K309s fill that role.
-
Striking design
-
Dominant treble
-
Lacking in bass
-
Sound generally weak
-
No accessories included
-
No volume control

These are entry-level headphones, so it would be unfair to expect too much. You might as well look elsewhere, as there are definitely better choices out there.
