The Good : this screen is HDCP compatible which wasn’t the case for the previous 24 inch Belinea and was a big deficiency. You can now watch BluRay and HD-DVD movies or play games with the latest generation consoles linked in HDMI. Without this compatibility, the screen is assuredly black (on the digital input).
The less positive : the Belinea o.display 24 inch 4.1 isn’t more equipped than other monitors with an image correction system for video which means there is shimmering and solarization. Also, the lower viewing angle darkens, a defect common to all TN panels. On the other hand, there is good visibility from the sides.
Brightness homogeneity on the panel is very good. It’s better than average, although if we were to be really picky, there is a slightly brighter zone in the center (imperceptible to the naked eye).

Without dwelling anymore on this screen’s exterior, tests quickly revealed the same qualities inherent to the Iiyama ProLite B2403WS. In fact, the two screens are strictly identical in terms of reactivity, colors and brightness homogeneity. We didn’t even have to go into the OSD to make it more reactive as the overdrive (a process used to accelerate the movement of liquid crystals) was activated by default. So in the end, just like the Iiyama this 24 inch is the most reactive on the market!
Games and colors: it’s equivalent to the Iiyama ProLite B2403WS
Our color fidelity test also turned out equally impressive results and like the ProLite B2403WS, those on the display 24 inch 4.1 are good from the start. It’s very nice not to have color dominance in grays, extreme reds, or some other problem in this area. You don’t have to be professional to appreciate this and for editing text – a nice true white in the background – looking at photos, and surfing the web this can also be bonus.
