3D 120 Hz: Dell/Alienware to make screen

Here's some news from a manufacturer we hadn't expected to see in this sector: Alienware, which was bought out by Dell in 2006, plans to launch a Full HD 23'' monitor, the OptX AW2310--and it will be compatible with Nvidia's 3D technology.

Alienware, which is best known for its computers and components aimed at high-end gamers, joins Acer, Samsung and ViewSonic in what is so far a not particularly competitive market.  The OptX AW2310 comes with DVI and HDMI ports, as well as a four-port USB hub.


Note: you can't use HDMI with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, so you'll need to use another cable to game in 3D.
