2 new filters: "no price" and "3D"

One of these filters is common to all articles: the Options drop-down serves to mask products with no price. The other is only for monitors: following the 3D option for TVs, here's the 3D filter for computer screens.



This 3D filter has been added to the product survey for monitors of all sizes. It will only be of any use (for the moment) for 22'' and 23'' to 28'' screens (there is no 3D at 19 inches or 30 inches).
